album. Original vocalist/bass player/guitarist Paul Oulette and Jerry Mortellero guitarist

Due to personal reasons Kelly and Jesse have decided to leave Diabolic. Kelly has a job working 60 hours a week and Jesse is in 4 other bands(Crimson Massacre/Lull me to Larvae/After Death/and, Promethean Horde)

Just got a call from Jerry Mortellaro tonight letting us know
that Bryan Hipp ex-DIABOLIC guitars died lastnight. Cause of death
unknown. Bryan Hipp helped write songs off the DIABOLIC album "Subterranal
Magnitude" and helped DIABOLIC complete the "Deathmetal Masscre METAL MINIACS
tour 2000 opening for Cannibal Corpse, God Dethroned and Hate Eternal
and our tour with Morbid Angel. We are posting the song "INFERNALISM" Bryan
Hipp wrote back in 1999. Bryan Hipp also played in Brutaility, Cradle
of Filth, and in Blastmasters he helped write the song Implemented
Digital Control!!! On stage Bryan Hipp would explode with rageing
headspins his talent to crated some of the most dark and evil riffs
will be missed. OUR CONDOLENCES GO OUT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

In regards to Brian Malone’s statement on Blabbermouth, I (Aantar Lee Coates) I have legally applied for the name/trademark DIABOLIC. http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regser=serial&entry=78888659 after clearly seeing that Brian Malone carelessly ABANDONED the name Diabolic after he had many years to re-new the mark……………. http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regser=serial&entry=78191630 . Not only did I come up with the band name “DIABOLIC” in 1996 in Silver Spring MD after leaving Horror of Horrors, I have every RIGHT to the name. I have legal representation and will play live shows and record albums with this new line up consisting of Jesse Jolly Bass vocals, R.J lead guitars and ex Unholy Ghost -Kelly McLauchlin lead guitars. I started the band DIABOLIC and will continue with it. My entertainment attorney has assured me that NO illegal activity has ever taken place on my part. Brian Malone’s decision to break up Diabolic was his own many years ago. The new Diabolic line up will play as scheduled on 9.2.06 with Monstrosity and Paths of Possession in Tampa Florida at the Brass Mug. Due to a recent "business development," Brian Malone has decided to end his DIABOLIC's seven-year existence, according to a posting on the group's web site. "This decision in no way reflects upon the professionalism and personalities of the members of DIABOLIC ," Malone said in a statement. "To say that it has been a pleasure to work with these dedicated and talented musicians would be an extreme understatement. It's been an honor and my appreciation has no end. And though I know that they will succeed to their fullest potential, it is regrettable that circumstances dictate that things must end now. Any fan of metal will know to follow and support anything that they do in the future.

DIABOLIC have recently parted ways with Jerry Mortellaro in an amicable
split that now has resulted in the band choosing Eric Hersemann of Chicago's
LORD BLASPHEMER as their new 2nd lead guitarist. According to guitarist
Brian Malone, "Eric is an extremely talented professional that will
compliment perfectly the new solidified DIABOLIC line-up."
This line-up will tour together for the first time during the EUROPEAN
VENGEANCE TOUR, slated to begin in November. DIABOLIC will then proceed
to
begin pre-production for their 4th full-length studio recording. The full
